Booking Terms and Conditions

1. All bookings are subject to a 10% deposit payable at time of booking. A booking

will not be considered confirmed until a deposit has been received.

2. Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If full payment is not received, the booking will be

considered cancelled and the deposit forfeited. We reserve the right to re-advertise the week/s booked.

3. Cancelled bookings will incur the following charges:

8+ weeks - loss of deposit

8 to 4 weeks - 50% of total cost

4 to 2 weeks -75% of cost

Less than 2 weeks - 100% of cost

4. All cheques must be crossed and made payable to “Le Chêne Vert ltd.”

5. We do not take responsibility for cancellation of bookings due to war, riot, natural disasters,

strikes and closure of roads/ports/airports.

6. All travellers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel insurance, passports,

visas, inoculations and any other relevant paperwork, prior to travel.

7. Every endeavour will be made to ensure that facilities advertised are available at all times. However,

from time to time, it may be necessary to withdraw certain facilities. (maintenance etc). We will where

possible advise you of any changes prior to your arrival. The swimming pool does not form part of the contract and no refund is offered if it is out of use for any reason. The pool is shared use of the owners pool and is not exclusive. Other facility users may also have access.

8. We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time without reason, however, if

such occasion were to arise, there will be a full refund of money paid to us.
